i just call DOs they said yes it was an error i said now what is my case status they said now thing is this ur case is not in ADministrative Process and we got update today ur case is in aprovel process .... i hope u guys understand my english...thanx... now what should i doo....? em emailing them but didnt get any reply back yet,,,, plz pray for me am not feeling well bcz of this situation.....

Call DoS Once a day.

You are listening for 'visa packet sent' as the status. Once you hear that over the telephone, rejoice, as that means the visa packet was mailed out from Islamabad to yer lass's address.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

yes i am calling again n again.....but they said ur visa is aproved and it has been printing ... we will mail u soon

Call DoS Once a day.

You are listening for 'visa packet sent' as the status. Once you hear that over the telephone, rejoice, as that means the visa packet was mailed out from Islamabad to yer lass's address.

Your visa has been printed. Depending on local procedures at the location where you interviewed, your visa will be mailed or available for pickup soon. If there are further questions, or if we need updated contact information, you will be contacted.

When you hear 'Visa Packet Sent'

then yer getting closer, as the visa packet (passport with visa inside, the casefile, etc) has been prepped for shipment.

hi... guys guess what? today i recvd email from embassy.....!!!

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to inform you that your passport with visa packet has already been sent to you via our official courier service.

You may contact the courier office after 1-2 days in order to collect your visa package.

You may also check on the status of your case at https://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/

We hope that this information is helpful to you in responding to you client.

Immigration Unit,

Consular Section, U.S. Embassy,

Islamabad, Pakistan
