Hello , well i got another question , am not employed but i went back to school to study a post graduate diploma after i finished ma bachelors degree and i graduated ,ma question is when i get to the interview will not they ask me anythin related to ma being un employed coz they told me they ask for ties but ma hubby sends me money for ma school ,well will it affect me that am not workin yet. thanx

Are you the petitioner or the beneficiary, i.e. are you the US citizen or resident or their spouse?

Martha, please edit your profile from K1 to CR1 visa. You are already married and K1 visas are for single folks.

Your working status does not matter to the immigration process, only your husband's does.
