My mother passed away on October 29. Just now trying to get back into the swing of life as well as pick up the pieces. Marlon has been very supportive throughout this most trying time in my life as well as my friends and family. He called me this morning and told me he got his police record already! So, he has spurred me to start getting stuff together on my end so we can file by December 31. I am hoping to go see him next month not only for his comfort but also to start my grieving as I have not had a chance to yet what with work and being strong for my family. Just thought I would post, thanks for letting me share.

Thank everyone so much for your kind words and support! It has been tough but I am tougher and I will succeed! Just curious though, was this site down for awhile? Today when I logged in everything was normal. Hmmm, maybe it's just me? lol Anyway, I won't be going to Jamaica next month after all but Marlon and I will be filing our paperwork soon hopefully. He had to write to Birmingham, England for his divorce decree and police records. Thanks again to everyone and I hope to be more active on here!
