I set up a payment plan. Would that affect the approval process at NVC. Also, I took my tax returns to the local IRS office and had them time-stamped because I don't think my tax transcripts will be available by the time I am required to submit AOS packet. So, I will send in with I-864:

- Lat3 years Tax return ( time stamped by IRS as received)

- W2

- All schudles

- Letter of Employments.

Would that be enough?

That should do the trick :star:

Its your current annual income. For some that means their currently monthly paycheck x12. If you have variable income, using 2012 might be the best option. They aren't looking to check a box, they are looking to see if you can afford to support your spouse.
