What does the adopted from China part have to do with it? Plenty of homosexuals or people who cannot conceive adopt children, and many of them choose to do it from countries like China.

Is that only wrong when the adoptive parent is an activist?

Look, I'm not saying you're wrong. Your entire crazy theory could be entirely correct. I just think it's jumping to conclusions based off the very, very, very little information that's been given.

Ok.. If the parent was a only a Lesbian... fine. If the child was just an adopted child fine. If the child was from China fine. If the parent has an obvious agenda biased toward helping the transgendered community, fine.

Add up all 4 of those together (And I'm probably missing a few), and tell me this mother isn't influencing this kid!!

Most transgendered adults will tell you that they felt those feelings since childhood. And that their childhood was miserable because of it.

Most teenagers will tell you they get horny and want to have sex and are miserable that they can't but there are laws in place to stop them for their own protection.

Taking things like "being a lesbian" and "adopting from China" and making it a 'mark' against the situation is kind of offensive. I don't see how the situation would change if the mother was straight and the kid was adopted from Africa.

I just looked at the slideshow, the child certainly doesn't look Chinese.

I wonder if the adoptive father is a crossdresser as well. My brother-in-law used to play will dolls as a child, and everybody was sure the kid was going to be gay, and then, he marries a female, has two kids, and has a well-adjusted heterosexual lifestyle. Tomboy girls don't all turn out to be lesbians. I suspect the kid has some poor role models at home, and that is the source of his confusion.
