They don't approve the pregnancy expedites unless you have a high risk pregnancy and even then it is iffy. They seem to be rather random with the expedites on other grounds.

This is correct, but it has been long enough now to have the petition approved without an expedite. There's little chance the spouse will arrive before the birth, even if the visa interview occurs before that. They don't expedite the administrative processing that comes AFTER the visa interview.

I-129F petitions can also be used in addition to the I-130 when filing for a spouse. It doesn't work as advertised anymore but there are instructions for doing so. See references to the K3 spouse visa.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

I certainly wouldn't call this expedited processing when 70% of people who filed around this date have already had their I-130s approved.

Our NOA1 was November 8th and our interview at the embassy was 2 weeks ago now. That is expedited. ;)

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.
