ako naman, i had my interview last January 8,2013... the american consul that interviewed me said that everything is ok with my visa application but he needs me to submitt an NBI clearance with my name using my ex-husband lastname (since i had an annuled marriage)..

so to comply with, kumuha ako ng NBI clearance tapos may ka-name ako so i need to wait ng ilang araw pa para mairelease ang NBI ko. tapos nung nakuha ko na ang NBI ko, i send it right away via 2GO courier dahil yun yung nakalagay sa instruction letter na ibinigay sa kin sa USEM after my interview..

tapos nakareceive ako ng email frm USEM nung January 22, 2013 na nareceive daw nila ung NBI ko nung January18 tapos ang sabi pa sa email "your case has been referred to a consular officer for review. The time required to process a visa application varies by case and depends on its complexity and the number and intricacy of other cases awaiting review"

the USEM have my passport pa.. gaano pa kaya katagal ang pagreview nila sa case ko.. im worried kasi sa March13 na po mageexpire ang medical ko.. advice nmn po plsss.. thank you!

im Grace po pala.. im married to a Fil-Am guy.. CR1 po ang visa ko..
