I have done everything within my power from people's experience on the site. I have my senators office checking the status of our I-130 petition every week , and she still says there's no way to know when it will be on someone's desk. I have a letter from when I did the first service request on Nov 2nd , it says:

Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of action within 90 days of the date of this letter (Nov 9th)

My NOA1 date is May 4th. My question is , is the letter really reliable ? Should I really expect them to do as they are stating in this letter and that in a few weeks they will have an answer???!!!

A few days ago, I covered my bases by sending a request via email to the ombudsman, I really don't want to wait until the 90days has come and gone , and find out I should have done something in the mean time. Any experience with this letter? I just don't trust it :(
