Hi All,

My interview went great and got approved and still riding high since last Friday :)

I have been reading through the forums and the wealth of information in here are amazing. It not only gave me confidence but also helped me understand and know that I'm not alone in this journey.

All of you have helped me without realising and I thank you for that.

My advice as I wrote on my review is "be patient and be prepared" ...... just hold strong to your loved one and keep moving forward.

Wish all others who are on this journey ... best of luck.

Regards

My consulate review if it helps anyone http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/view-dos-cis-reviews.php?entry=11341

Well done, and thanks for the review.

It's interesting to see that I haven't come across anyone yet at the UK embassy who's needed any extra evidence/documentation - they really do seem to stick to the list they have on the website, which is really good to know (although I didn't really doubt it - but with so many cases of people saying "i take it just in case" i keep expecting to see that one exception).

Safe travels!

I've seen one or two but from memory they were both non UK citizens or naturalized citizens although as I recall the one of the was in absolute hysterics about the whole situation and it turned out that she hadn't done what she was told and had fraud before or something. Don't take my word for it!

Thanks folks. The documentation was definitely a confidence factor and having a bit more confidence did go a long when you are going in for the interview.

Cheers
