Heard a Rumor

I heard that the US is going to ease restrictions on Ukrainian women coming to the US. Does anyone know what that means?

Nothing.

The US would NEVER, repeat, NEVER "ease restrictions on Ukrainian women coming to the US" and anyone saying so is patently full of sh*t. ANY changes in policy will apply to ALL people applying for visas. There is no such thing as varied restrictions based on age or sex. That is NOT to say all visas are issued equally, but there are no "restrictions on women" TO ease.

I sincerely doubt there are any upcoming changes in policy regarding the issuance of visitor visas. The conditions to qualify for such changes simply do not exist. As far as other forms of visas, K-1, CR-1, Student visas, etc, the Ukrainian consulate is very "friendly" as is. Ukraine is one of the easier consulates for a person to get a CR-1 or K-1 visa. Our interview was "no questions asked"
