Chicago Lockbox AOS I-130 + I-485

While watching someone timeline from CA filing for AOS I noticed they filed to Chicago Lockbox

Then I read in the I-130 instructions that if you file for both I-130 and I-145 you send both together to Chicago Lockbox

So my question is we ignore the Phoenix Lockbox instructions for state of CA and send to Chicago Lockbox because it is AOS

Thanks! Seems strange.. just to confirm and avoid headaches later.

I-130 / I-485 concurrent filing is mailed to the Chicago Lockbox, regardless of where you physically reside in the US.

Q22. (left) should be your local USCIS office (you can find this out by entering your zip code into https://egov.uscis.g....office_type=LO).

Q22. (right) should be the city and country of the US embassy having jurisdiction over your spouse's foreign address.
