2 questions for I-130, filing AOS marriage based.

Sponsor is USC spouse of intending immigrant

Page 2, C. Information about your alien relative

17. List husband/wife and all children of your relative

I would think I need to list my wife (Sponsor) there, is it correct?

22. Your relative in in the US and will apply for AOS to that ... at the USCIS office in:

Do I put "Phoenix Lockbox" since from San Diego, CA?

Are we filing only to lockbox and then USCIS redirects to proper field office nearby?

One more question (not just I-130 specific)

Sometime the field to enter the response is too small (ie place of birth and country)

The information just gets truncated.

What do you do when you need more space to type in that field?

No, you do not put Phoenix Lockbox, you will put the field office closest to your address.

Write "See Attached" on the form itself and use a separate sheet of paper to write the address in its entirety.

September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
