Finally, got the email We've been waiting for....our NOA2 :) Thank you, O Lord!!!....Hope that everyone else's approvals happen as soon as possible. :)

03/24/16= Package Delivered
04/02/16= NOA
04/08/16= Biometrics
04/15/16= In Line for Interview
09/26/16= Interview- Passed & Given Oath

Its a IR-1/CR-1 visa...and we applied in Aug...our NOA1 was Aug 9th....got our NOA2 approved today.

Congratulations! i-130 is not a fiance visa however, you petitioned a spouse to come to states so not sure timeframe with be same for us K1 applicants, congrats tho! :no:

The average at CSC is 210 days, so if you are at 166 days you are well within their timeframe :blink:

166 days passed . . . :( a spouse visa should be taking longer than a fiance visa, they r working in random.

210 days to NOA2 processing at CSC?! Where are you getting this information from? Just curious....we're at 178 days as of today...

I've been following the approvals on Igor's list from CSC, plus when I called they told me they were way behind "the five month average". Plus if you look at a lot of members here, they are still waiting after 190, 191, 192 days etc, it's just math :help:

yah I have a little calendar...it used to be marked at 150....now its marked at 200 and 210. :bonk:

GC received on the 28th of February, 2014 - no interview, no additional RFE's

Divorced as of September, 2014

NOA1 for ROC 14 October, 2014

Life goes on, my ex-husband is a moron.
