What are ISOs working hours on the USCIS help line?

I was told to call back today to talk to an ISO, but they couldn't tell me what times they were available. I don't know if it makes any difference, but my Skype phone number lists me as being East Coast. I'm trying to figure out when to call with the time difference and least trouble.

Does anyone know what times the ISOs work?

someone posted inside a thread today that they USCIS and was told one can no longer call to speak with and ISo . She said they told her you must email or leave ur number for the ISO to call back! If that is true, i guess they are being bombarded as so many have now decided to by pass the CSRs and ask for them instead.

I was finally able to make it through mid afternoon EST the other day but that was after calling in the morning and being told that ISOs weren't available because the transfer system was down. The CSR suggested against leaving a voicemail and to keep calling back until I was able to get one.

I did send an email last week, but it has yet to be answered.
