A copy of the NOA2 receipt should be sent to him.

The original will be needed for AOS and/or lifting conditions interview.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

hicham,

Poiant of clarification: there is no such thing as an "I-129f approval interview". I-129f petitions are approved by the USCIS without any interview.

I suspect that you are referring to the interview for the K3 visa application?

miansahib,

With regard to K-visas, in most cases the visa application packet is sent to the visa applicant. I know of only a very few situations where the visa application packet is sent to the petitioner.

Yodrak

So Packet three gets sent to the person who filed not their spouse?
