It has been one of those days where I can't seem to stop posting and checking on VJ.... I have been here off and on since about 4:30 this morning (since my hubby left for work)...

usually I will pop on the computer for a bit after hubby leaves but then I will turn it off and head back upstairs and sleep for a few more hours... but not today :unsure: .....

I have managed to make some chili which is simmering away in the crock pot, I did get dressed and I also walked to go drop off some Netflix movies in the mail box, good thing I got dressed first :P ... but the rest of the time I have been on the computer :blush:

Usually I don't spend this much time on the computer all at one time... I usually will go eat and watch some TV etc.. in-between... but ealier today I realized that I had spent 4 hours straight sitting in front of the computer :o:blush: , I was wondering why my butt was getting sore :lol:

Anywho, not sure what my problem is today but I do need to go and eat something :whistle:

see I am still sitting here 7 minutes after posting this :lol:

:help::help::help:

I need to break away..... real quick so it won't hurt, like a bandage :lol:

reminds me of a cooking show on PBS with a chinese chef. his name is Wan and he is constantly saying something like Wan can cook and so can you! :lol:

I know what you mean, I actually had to stop coming to VJ for a few months. All I was doing was reading and posting all the time. I think I was averaging upwards to 100 posts a day. Taking the time off really helped.

I found out the guy's name, Tony Little...

His most famous product is the Tony Little's Gazelle by Fitness Quest. Tony is a certified personal trainer and identifies himself as "America's Personal Trainer™", and most of the products he sells on his infomercials are targeted to the personal fitness market. He is infamous for his over-the-top, hyper-enthusiastic personality and long flowing blond hair. Three of Tony's favorite catchphrases are "You can do it," "It's technique!," and "Always believe in yourself."
