I just realized I did not send in the AR-11 form for change of address, I did the online change, but when I called USCIS they had no address change on file. Also I sent in the petitioner change of address within 10 days of moving.

I just sent in the AR-11 today, which now is about 4 months after we moved. I am sending in the I-751 in two weeks.

My question is: Will we have any issues, and is there any thing additional I should add to the I-751 because of this error?

Thanks.

Don't be paranoid, you are in a good shape, I don't believe this change of address has a any impact on any immigration process, but it's the law and we need to follow it. I think they talk about this so much because the law states that any non-USC has to provide his/her current

address to DHS. however, I doubt anybody in uscis would check anything regarding that. in addition, their call center is not reliable so don't count 2 much on them.

That is what I was thinking at first, but then it got the best of me. Really just wasn't sure if I needed an explanation letter or something. Glad I don't!

Thanks for the reply, makes me feel better about the situation.

You send your I-751 with the new address and they'll send correspondence to the address on that form from now on.

Just don't forget to attach a separate sheet detailing all of the places that you/(immigrant spouse, that is) have lived in US.

Слава Україні!
