Illinois became the 50th state to allow concealed carry yesterday. 5 states still discriminate against minorities in issuing concealed permits. The other 45 issue them to any law abiding citizen and/or allow anyone to carry concealed without a permit.

The 5 remaining racist states are HI, CA, NJ, NY, MA

IL did not challenge the Appeals Court ruling at the behest of those states. Losing the case in the SCOTUS would mean the remaining racists would have to issue permits to any qualified law abiding minority
