So here is my situation:

We are living together as a husband and wife for past 3 years. We filed I-751 together and everything is going well. But now things are changing and my wife (US Citizen) want to be separated (not legally), just living separated. We just need to take a BREAK! That is our story. She also mentioned that she wont do anything to null my I-751 and I believe her. We filed I-751 together and also stated to our lawyer that there were some differences between us, but its now reconciled.

My case status is 'Under Review'. I am worried that if the INS is going to call us for an interview what impact will it have under my case? Should I continue to stay with her till my case is done. Its hard for a husband and wife if you have a unhealthy relationship. Sorry for being dramatic...Any suggestions are welcome :)

11/22/12 = Filed I-751 to remove conditions

11/30/12 = Got NOA1 (I-797C)

12/23/12 = Got the bio-metrics done (USCIS Status: Pending)

Waiting...
