Hello people,

Can anyone throw more light on this. Is it gonna be an issue if i want to visit my wife for the 2nd time in the United states. I was there last year with her and am planning a visit next month. she has file for N-400 and her interview is schedule for the 21st of February 2013. I stayed for only 2 months last year. The plan is she is gonna file for i-130 for me if she finally gets her citizenship. i want to pay a visit before we start the i-130 process. Ofcourse my details are included in her N-400 application as her spouse.
