Hey guys .. i had my interview today Jan 22 and my Visa was denied ... Just another bad day ...

My Visa Denial info Below .

Section 221(g) Which prohibits the issuance if a visa ti anyone whose application does not comply with the provisions of the immigration and Nationality act or regulations issued pursuant thereto. the follow remarks in your case:*

Petitioner 2011 W2, In a signed,Sworn Notarized statement , please describe how you met your husband, how your relationship progressed and discuss the key milestones ( i.e proposal date ,etc) in your relationship.

i think they want my wife to send them a court letter , we go married in Nigeria the second time we met in 2008 and due to some relocating and work issues for my wife , it took us four years to see each other again and they asked why the Long wait before she filled and i told them she was busy with school, work and other stuffs ... Seems the consular was not satisfied enough with my answer, he asked me more questions about my wife and her family , work related and am sure i answered then correctly. Dont know whats next now after my wife get this document requested ... Can someone please tell me more about this? is there any hope am gonna get my visa because i love this lady so much .

thanks fellas .

Sounds like they now want your wife to tell her side of the story. It's not a court letter. Just a letter that she needs write/type, sign and get notarized.

You will have to comply with their request before your case can be decided upon.

This is not a visa denial, they are simply asking for more information.

Don't lose hope. Sounds like your interview went smoothly. I wish you the best of luck!
