Hi All,

I am currently in Germany with my spouse who is active duty. I have applied for expedited naturalization under 319(b). I mailed my packet on or about Dec. 4th 2012 and as of Jan. 15th 2013 I have been scheduled for an appointment. I am just waiting on the mail notice to know the date and time. I requested that it be done in Columbus, OH but I am uncertain if that office does same day oaths. Is there anyone who can provide me with some answers in reference to this? In addition, where would I have to go to get my passport expedited so that I can return to Germany (home) as soon as this process is successfully completed. Thank you for your responses!

That is excellent news!!! Congratulations :)) Did you find somewhere to get your passport done same day?

I'm just waiting to be in line for an interview - I did my biometrics early so we will wait and see. Hoping to get it all done before we leave on April 21!
