hi everybody, plz i need help before i send ds-230 package to my husband,, your help is always appreciated

Q1)I have read many times here that NVC advises to write Case No. on upper right hand corner of all documents while sending DS-230 form to avoid misplacement and resultant delay ,should i write the case N in the top of the right corner in all original documents ?it's ok to do that ? should i write also the case N on photocopies and on the DS-230 form ? maybe using a Pencil?i'm confused i d'ont know what to do

should we write the Case N also on upper right hand corner of all supporting documents with I-864 package ?

Q2)im wondering how many additional photocopies to include with IV package ,I read it somewhere that 1 Original and 1 Photocopy but not sure if that is correct, should i make a copy of certified COPIES of some documents too

Q3)How should I organize the ds-230 package? is there any required classification ?

barcoded cover sheet (has to be the first thing on top!!) + checklist cover letter+other documents .....

thank you in advance for your help

1 - Yes, upper right hand corner. You can put the sticker label or write down by pencil/pen.

2 - Yes, that is correct. 1 Original and 1 Photocopy.

3 - However you think the best - First start with Barcode cover + checklist cover + Ds-230 + other doc, then all other supporting doc.
