Hi, I was wondering if anyone could answer my question? My wife's green card came under her maiden last name and we just got her social security card under her married name (my last name)Now I was wondering if she could get her state ID(Florida) or drivers license under her married last name if we bring in those 2 documents with our marriage certificate for proof that her last name is mine??? In other words can you use a marriage certificate with maiden last name on green card and marriage name on social security card to get a state ID(Florida)???

is that the way you want to be it in married name but it was sent in maiden now if your existing card has incorrect data because of a uscis error, then there is no fee. you will have to send the card back along with evidence documenting your correct name and biographical information.-but if you want your name changed there is a fee 450.00 form 1-90 or you can go online uscis 1-90 name change,or-if you live near a application support center go there bring evidence marriagecertificate and picture ID in person,
