Hi all this forum has been very helpful I was getting ready to file my Wifes N400 form. Had couple of questions

1st she got her green on May 15th 2010, can we file N400 on Feb 15th?

2ndly we took about 7 trips to Canada during these 3 years

1. I dont remember the exact dates we took the trip

2. Do i need to count those days and include them meaning if it is 15 days althogether do i now file on March 1st

She never used the passport on those trips and there are no stamps do i need to mention them on the N 400?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Use this link to determine how early you can file. I strongly suggest you wait at least a week after you are eligible.

Those days don't count toward your total stay in the US unless they were for a long time. You don't have to apply later because you spent some days outside ot the US. You do need to include them on your application even though they don't appear on her passport.
