Timeline

Received an email today January 21 for Request of further evidence .... Hopefully it's something simple we gave the attorney everything ... We waited 6 months but at least we have now heard something.... A little unhappy

I don't know yet they just mailed it out today so ill have to wait and see what it says

yup.probably they want more proofs of relationship...

well I did give my attorney 60 pics, plane ticket and 340 pages of skype convo.... we keep racking our brain which is only driving us crazy so we just have to wait and see... :bonk:

04/09/15-Mailed ROC

04/10/2015-Package received

04/14/2015-Check cashed

06/02/2015-Called Service Center (still no NOA1) Service request found out wrong address on paperwork! :(

06/03/2015-Called to get address updated Ar11 online add change didnt work-got infopass for June 10th

06/10/2015-Went to info pass appt. Hubby got a 1yr. Extension stamp in his passport and biometrics done

08/12/2015-ROC Approved. Got letter in the mail.

08/29/2015-received new card in the mail.

I get the feeling that we wait around at least 6 months before our applications are even touched. The time frame of your RFE makes sense. Hopefully it's something simple. Just make a copy of the RFE for your records and send the blue sheet back on top with the requested documents so it can be routed back to your adjudicator.

Yes I think that's what we will do... I went to an attorney on advise of a friend of mine who went through this process... Hopefully it comes in the mail by weeks end

What you gave and what was submitted may be two different things. Did you ask for copies of everything that was sent? Not that I distrust lawyer. :whistle: But anyone lawyer worth their fees did not send in 340 pages of skype conversations.

I really hope I don't get a RFE. It has been 6 months for me waiting and have heard absolutely nothing. I have done this through an attorney and hope everything I have given them will be enough! :/
