hi i would like to know my income is only 18034 in w2 income and i receive in rental income of 8700 which equals 26734 on my 2012 taxes i would like to know can i use my rental income? my other question is i have 3 dependent on my taxes so my income has to be like 32k how can i make up the difference of almost 7k ? and which form should i fill out. i would appreciate your help

I don't know about the rental income. I am sure there is a way to count it toward your taxable income but I can't advise specifically on it. As for the extra needed 7k, if a better job/better paying salary is beyond your reach then you must find a co-sponsor. I haven't heard anything about USEM Sana'a not accepting co-sponsors but they should be a close relative. A K-1 visa normally requires the I-134 affidavit of support but they may try to trip you up and ask for I-864. Fill out both just in case. You will need to fill one form out as will your co-sponsor.

i do own assets i own 3 cars one with a loan on it and i also own a gas station under a corporation but own all the shares i file the taxes under the corporation can i use them as assets i also own a house that has a mortgage and i also have money in my checking account

Cars can't really be used as assets because they have depreciating value. You can always sell one or 2 of them to get some of that remaining funds that you are short. Houses are definitely assets though. But I'm really not an expert in filling out the affidavit of support forms. Maybe someone else will come along and be of more help.
