Help for AOS I-485 FORM

On the I-485 form Part 3 B

where i am required to put my spouse name

do i add her name before we were married or after?

example OBAMA SMITH

her name was

CLINTON ANGELA (CLINTON was her Last name before marriage)

then we got married

but she dose not have her social security number card with her name changed yet

she was only given a temproary number

should i go ahead and put her name as

OBAMA ANGELA?

or should i still leave it as

CLINTON ANGELA ?

please i need urgent reply on this thank you

oh and i dont have a SSN yet was told that it will take me 1 month before they can decide if i can have it or not

but she was given a temporary SSN number because she is the CITIZEN

You mean the name after we got married or before?

Her CURRENT name. If you're married and she has chosen to change her name then obviously this means her name after marriage IF that's what she wants.

If you are using your married name from now on, then the married name goes on all the AOS forms. The name you use on the forms is the name your EAD/AP and green card will come with.
