Hello I am the petitioner for my husband who lives in UK but with an indian passport. My local office is in Houston. I have a question, what is a stand alone I-130? I just filed one application I-130 for my husband, my file is still sitting at NBC. When can I expect that it will get transferred to Houston Office? Thanks.
