Cards, phone records, boarding passes..

Yes, you should take everything, as they will return the originals to you and keep the photocopies!

The best thing is to carefully go over the embassy's list on this page http://london.usembassy.gov/application_documents.html

You have missed something if he hasnt already paid. See the last paragraph on the page concerning fees, particularly the sentence about K visas.

When my husband had his interivew in London, I sent him with LOADS of "proof of relationship" and they didnt even care.

Dunno why! Still take it though!

Yes, US sized (it'll be for the visa itself). See: http://london.usembassy.gov/application_documents.html "Photographs: Three color photographs which meet Department of State specifications. These photographs must be full-face and taken within the last six (6) months. Note: Of the three photographs, two (2) are required for the visa and one (1) for your medical examination."

Well I've already had my medical so just 2 US sized then I guess thank you
