USPS closed tomorrow - Fedex or UPS ??

USPS is closed for Martin Luther king tomorrow. Fedex and UPS are open, but they don't deliver to PO Box but I guess the USCIS has a street address with a PO Box and so is deliverable by them hopefully. So the PO Box is probably a separate section within their mail room at a physical location.

Anyone used Fedex or UPS and had it delivered fine ?

2013-01-23 : Packet received at USCIS

2013-01-24 : I-751 Notice date

2013-01-24 : Check Cashed

2013-02-06 : FP notice received (FP date: 02/22/2013)

Sent it Yesterday by USPS and it reached today.

ROC Timeline:

2013-01-24 : Check Cashed

2013-02-06 : FP notice received (FP date: 02/22/2013)
