we are on day 56 of AP...we're coming close to the time frame that the CO gave us and didn't hear anything new!!..I keep calling DOS every other week so far and still under processing..I have quick question, when I check our case in DOS site it give me this msg>>>>

Immigrant Visa Case Number: croxxxxx

Case Creation Date: xxxxxxx

Status Updated Date: 21-Dec-2012

Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days. Under the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act, Immigrant Visas for "Diversity Visas" cannot be issued after September 30th of the year in which you were selected to apply for a Diversity Visa. For example, entrants into the Diversity Visa Program in Fall of 2011 were selected for Diversity Visa 2012 Program, and selectees MUST apply and receive their visa prior to September 30, 2012 otherwise they lose eligibility to receive a Diversity Immigrant Visa, regardless of additional administrative processing. In addition, please note that some immigrant visas may not be able to be issued if the annual numerical limit for that category has been reached.

For more information, please visit TRAVEL.STATE.GOV.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

I'm so sorry to hear you got AP. AP can take from 1 month to 1 year. The waiting is so very hard, hang in there your time will come. Wishing you the best (F)

I love in TEXAS I've contacted but Senator and Rep. Both have yet to reply or even acknowledge me or my letterS, EmailS or even callS! Both websites of each ramble on about Anti immigration bills and #######! I'm all for safety of us USA citizens but I feel my state senator and rep. have no intention of helping make an inquiry on my behalf an I've confirmed that with DOS that they have yet to do! I suggest if you live in a NON confederate waving flag redneck state as mine that you contact your Local Representitive and Sentor for help in making and Official Inquiry on your behalf! It may not speed up the process but it helps that they inquire!

Maybe I see you both in Egypt (teehee) but I pray we get a response soon! We will we will we will inshallah!!

But it's in God's perfect timing!

Do you ladies have FB?? Maybe you can private message me your name their at least for support as really you have to be in our shoes to really understand! :-)

We must keep positive and think positive!

I hope all our hard times pass soon and that we smile like the sun soon beside our hubby's! :-)
