Any one who ever tried about InfoPass? and can we do this for petition? so our petition will be rush?

Info Pass meeting with USCIS will not result in a faster petition process if thats what you are asking. The meeting can be used as a way to ask questions to gain information about your case if there are problems.

Not sure if it will rush things. Im going more for information and to see if I can push them to interview that day instead of waiting for an appointment cause i got pegged for a petitioner appointment with my local office but they have not generated an appointment date yet.

Info Pass will not rush things,as mentioned above. Neither will your pregnancy.

LOL yeah Darnell said sometimes if you bring the right forms you can ask them for an interview right then and there and they will give it to you. Thats what I plan on doing at any rate.

Hi! My husband had it on January 4. He would like to get more info about our case which is being reviewed 283 days. He did't get any information except to make another appointment in 30 days if we don't get any decision. She only said that the long delay due to the fact that they lack employees and are extremely busy. That was all.

an infopass appointment is useful at a local uscis office, if your casefile is at the local uscis office for adjudication.

for the OP, since your casefile is still at VSC - you should contact an ISO with the National Hotline.

see ISO - http://www.dhs.gov/files/publications/gc_1305658440339.shtm

an ISO can tell you exactly what a local office staff member can, as they be using the same computer system.

Please note that a CSR can't see too much on the computer system, an ISO has higher level access.

I think an infopass appointment will be a waste of time for you, really.

Give an ISO a telephone call in the morning, see what's up.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
