Hello i have a question about G-325a ,on that form i will have to fill it up with my new name?husband name?Thank you

G-325A this form is for updating like email and text message from USCIS. but same name what u put in form I-129F.

No, this is not correct information. For AOS, if they are now using their married name, the married name goes on all the forms. Also, the G325A is for biographic information, not to update your email with USCIS.

If you are using your married name from now on, then the married name goes on all the AOS forms. The name you use on the forms is the name your EAD/AP and green card will come with.

Yes this is 100% WRONG!!!!!!!

If you are changing your name, then ALL the paperwork you submit for your Adjustment of Status should be in your NEW name.

Jeez, no offense, Missing Tulips, but you don't even know what the form G325 IS, you're thinking of the form G-1145. So please stop giving totally wrong advice.

Use whatever name you're using now that you are married on ALL forms when adjusting status!!!

THAT IS INCLUDING USING FUTURE MARRIED NAME THE I-864 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT THEN?

I have the same problem/confusion about which name to use, which name did you use? i noticed that the sample form G-325 used the married name at the top of form (line 1) and a different name (as single person) at the bottom of the form(last line). not sure why the difference
