another CFO question

My wife already got the certificate from the counseling class (whatever it is), part 1 of the CFO. After she gets her visa, she'll need to get the sticker, part 2.

My question is, does the 15 slots apply to just getting the sticker? or is it just a matter of walking in, showing the visa/passport/other documents and getting the sticker? Can anyone explain how just part 2 works?

1.Original and photocopy of Passport;

2.Original and photocopy of visa

3.Original and photocopy of Immigrant Data Summary for US-bound emigrants (except for K visa holders);

4.Original and photocopy of Confirmation of Permanent Residence for Canada-bound emigrants;

5.Original and photocopy of Certification of Eligibility for Japan-bound emigrants;

6.Original CFO guidance and counseling certificate;

7.Duly completed emigrant registration form; and

8.Payment of the authorized registration fee.

Also, what exactly is #3?

#3 says except for K visa holders .. So I dont think you need that one..

Do not bring #4 & #5. Bring the rest.

If your wife already paid for the P400, just make sure she brings the receipt too.

After the interview, your wife will receive a packet with the passport and visa that she needs to bring to US. There will be a piece of paper attached to the do-not-open envelope and that will be the Immigrant Data Summary.

4 & 5 for sure need to be crossed out... after this is a forum for United States visas only.

And for sure bring the CFO certificate, and like said show the guard your certificate and tell him you are only needing to get your CFO sticker.

She is an IR/CR-1 visa, so yes she will need the Immigrant Data Summary sheet.
