We are about to move, should i wait before doing AOS?

We should be moving within the next couple of weeks and although i would love to get the AOS worked on, I was wondering if i should just wait.

Also does anyone know how i go about getting my address changed?

Do you have already a house or apartment where you are going to move to? Do you receive mail at your new destination already? If so, just start you’re AOS know and use your new address. That way you will not have to make any address change later on.

In order to change address at the USCIS you have to fill out an AR-11 form and send it in. Then you better fallow up by calling them to make sure they have done the right changes.

if you have not yet filed for AOS.... wait until you have moved... that way you will not have the problems of mail going to the wrong address and getting returned to USCIS as that is what happens all the time...

That is what I would sugest, USCIS is very bad at change of address while a case is in process.

Also dont forget to file an AR-11 within 10 days of moving, it is required by law.
