Ok I need to get my drivers licence ASAP and I'm worried. My EAD is on the way and as soon as I get it I will apply for SSN then I can go to DMV to get my licence. But here's my worry it says here http://www.dds.ga.gov/drivers/dldata.aspx?con=1741471757&ty=dl that I must show my passport with valid VISA or VISA Waiver, my Waiver expired Jan 15th? Will this be a problem?

It seems like this varies,i lost count how many times i went down to the dmv.so frustrating being told u need a certain thing then when u go back they still cant do it.. but in the end they checked with uscis if i was on the system..took a few days and they gave me a 6month license till my AOS was complete...if you have your reciept notice for your AOS take that too..till i had that in hand they wouldnt do anything for me here. though it still seemed to cause confusion..as they said was the wrong colour...but as i say they checked with uscis...which apperently they can get into the system once a week...true or not i dont know. hope works out for u.
