Does anyone know which office will handle our I-130 spouce application? We will be filing from overseas direct filing is not avaiable in Ireland but is in the UK.

I live in Ireland with my wife who is a US citizen. Direct filing is not avaiable in Ireland so looks like we have to send it to the United States or could we send it to a country that has direct filing?

In order to do DCF you need to live in the country for 6 months or more. So you can't just send it to a different place. You'll have to send it to the US.

Firstly it isn't an application it's a petition, The IV application is done after the I130 petition is approved. You live in Ireland and they don't offer DCF that doesn't mean you can DCF someplace else, it means it isn't an option for you. You file from abroad. Without further info on the US citizen's legal US address we can't answer the question about where it will be sent exactly. You will mail it to Chicago and it will be forwarded to either Vermont or California.

so i keep it short.

its also the reason for lack of punctuation and capitals.
