I'm coming out of my depression of missing my Wife and diving into filing out the forms.

Question 14b: will be blank since I am a Citizen, right?

Question 21: I technically lived with my Wife during my 2 weeks vacation to Nigeria at my house (we got married then). Do I list this on this line?

Ok so 14 b is a yes or no question right. so ther is no leaving blank. and I'm not 100% sure about #21 but since it is your legal resdience in Nigeria I would say yes. It should count.

On a personal note, I totally understand the time off, God's favor to you with the filing and congrats on the wedding, soo happy for you both. I filed and recieve my NOA1 it was bitter sweet, but the count down has started again.. Take care

You were only visiting there, not living there. An appropriate answer would be "We have not yet lived together" (this is what I wrote for that question). Other approrpriate answers would be "We have visited each other but not lived together" or even a simple answer like "none" can be written for this question.

"N/A" is not an appropriate answer for this question because it is applicable to you.

If you lived in a place, then you have used that address on forms, gotten utilities activated there, listed that as your primary residence for your job that you have in that place, had your ID listing that as your home, and had a life there. I have never heard of anyone "living" in a place for 2 weeks. That is VISITING.

I have a house with my husband in South America where I stay when I am there but I have certainly never lived there.

Normally, you never, ever leave blanks on any form. If it does not apply to you, the normal protocol is to write "N/A" or "not applicable".

14b states: "Did you gain permanent resident status through marriage to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident?" You are a citizen...so the answer would be N/A (because on #13 you answered Naturalization...yes?)...leave no blanks.

#21...last address you lived together...I agree with EminTX, vacation for 2 weeks does not count as living together. You would put "None"(I also put this on our form)

question 14b is follow up to #14 so since u r not a perm resident, #14b will be "no". I lived with my husband for 4 weeks after marriage and I put that address and gave the dates. I think we are reading too much into the word "lived" . My two cents is that you put the address you both stayed during your visit and list the dates. they can calculate it was for two weeks from those dates.

writing " we never lived together" does not ring well in my ears.

Is she still at your house ? If so I would write We married and after the wedding we stayed in my home in XXXXX Nigeria until my departure for the US. She is still in residence in this home and will stay there until she immigrates.,

Regarding pictures.

Do I just include the introduction/engagement/marriage or do I have to include even those I submitted during the failed K1 process? The same for phone bills, etc

Thanks to all the answers.

I'm still kinda numb and sort of overwhelmed that I have to go through all this paperwork all over again.

Consulate Received : July 30,2014 Transfer to right embassy complete.

Interview Result : AP , requesting another PC (not expired) and certified divorce decree (was submitted)Stokes interview via phone for petitioner 4 hrs after interview.

Oct 23 email notification visa approved.
Visa Received : Nov. 3 , 2014 VISA IN HAND.

July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

pick few from the ones you used for the K1(that send strong messages) and then add from ur engagemenet/wedding. You could do more frontloading at NVC stage.

Thank you all.

The last couple of questions before I lob it into the mail in the morning.

(Keep in mind we were denied a Fiancee visa for reasons of not proving a Bona Fide relationship)

I have included an extensive list of evidence of Bona Fides of marriage from on here, I have 12 out of the 19 suggestions, the other are impractical since we do not live together here in the USA. I foresee adding another 3 by NVC time. I will have Chase Bank added as an example.

I have actual 5X7 and 4X6 pictures in very thin albums.

Question 1: Do I need to label the folks in the pictures?

I included photocopies of the evidences such as wedding certificate, affidavits, etc (only the actual INS forms are the originals). I have an opportunity to send the exact copy of the INS package to my Fiancee through one of my Brothers.

Question 2: What original documents should I send to back to my Fiancee (I have everything except her Passport)? And what documents should I keep for the NVC stage? Or for that matter what document do I need from her for the NVC stage?
