I-821D and I-765, I-765WS concern

Hello! My sister is filing the I-821D along with with the work application. One question we had was regarding the expenses and income section of the I-765WS form.

It asks for her income, but seeing as she is not allowed to work, and is only 15, she has no income. However, for expenses, she has transportation expenses, along with other school related expenses that we were hoping to put in there. However - should we? Seeing as she is 15, she obviously lives at home with our mother, who takes care of her expenses, which include major things like food and shelter. But seeing as she wants to be working, and that would be an expense - shouldn't we include all of this? I guess it's just a weird application and we are unsure of what to put!

Help?! :)
