Unfortunately sis hubby did not got her name. She's a black (not being racist)..Hubby did not asked for a Tier 2 but this guy who answered his call and heard his sentiments asked hubby if he would like to talk to a Tier 2. When this black girl answered (not very informative), then hanged up after hubby asked where can he possibly get a concrete answer about the delay.

Hubby called back sis and a woman named Tiffany answered and she was more helpful than Tier 2 so my husband asked if he can talk someone to let them know how helpful she is..Tiffany transferred him to another and i heard hubby saying that Tiffany should be the Tier 2 because she is more helpful and have a listening heart..

Nice to hear from you sis.. Hoping you will get approve soon and I will feel good about this process.. Anyway, we never had an experience or hopefully we will not have that kind of treatment by the people answering the phone.. I worked at a call center in Manila for UK clients and never treated them such. Next time, before making any inquiries ask their names, I always tell this to my husband and get their employee ID no. or something like that, so if ever they will treat you rudely and mean then the next time you call you can complain about their actions.. Remember we paid , we are the customers and we have the right to get answers from them about all our inquiries,,

Yes will do that next time sis...It could have been so good if we get a concrete answers like "Your application is in the FBI right now for review" or something like that...I'm tired of getting the same answers we got from the USCIS website and not to mention wait for 2 to 6 months to get answers and all we hear is the same answer as before..over and over again. Wish they have CSR's that really knows the whole process..Well, just a thought

I couldn't help it, guys. I just called the USCIS to ask, "What kind of additional review is this and why do I have to wait 6 months, what does all this mean?" They said that due to high call volumes they would have to take a number an call me back in 48-72 hours. Now I'm upset and worried about what they might say. My husband thinks I'm losing it because I can't stop thinking about what could be wrong, and I'm anxious all the time. He tries to be reassuring and I just don't feel like he understands how scary this whole process is to me. I don't want him to be upset and worried about me. :crying:

I'm a dual US/Hungarian citizen (both by birth; Hungarian citizenship verification TBA), and my husband is a dual British/Irish citizen (by treaty) from Northern Ireland. We are atheists.

Awesome, I really want to know you're making progress!! :D

You have the best attitude in the world and you have a right to complain and I don't. :bonk: I'll get over it!

It's not the end of the world. I myself have been waiting for 16 months until now and I've been through a lot of stress thinking about when will the noa 2 arrives and come to the point that if it happens, it will in time.

Goodluck to all of us who are still waiting for noa 2 to arrive...hope it will be sooner than we think.

Hi Teague ! What news of your husband contacting the Congressional Immigration Liason staffer this morning?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

so call the washington office.

he's already filed once , so a 2nd inquiry is easier, as the release form is already on file.

Unless, of course, this is a new person with the old person voted out of office last term.
