My husband has been employed since Sept by the FAA. He makes well over the poverty guidelines. He also made over the poverty guidelines when he was in the military, which he left officially in Jan 2012. He has those W2 forms still. However, because he has only been employed at his current career since Sept 2012 I highly doubt 2012's W2 will show that he makes over the poverty guidelines. We can prove it with pay stubs of course but will this muck up being able to use the I-1864EZ form when we finally get to the AOS section? His military W2 forms will show he made over the guidelines, but as he's not in the AF anymore I'm not sure that shows anything.

I may have asked this before but at the time I thought we may be done the AOS before April 2013, but right now I want to cover the bases.

Also a specific Canada question? Should he send all the AOS information to me to before or after emailing to the NVC so I can bring the original AOS documents to the interview? I assume I need those documents at the interview in Montreal?
