Hello To All. I just want to ask for help for my friend. My friend was a 2yrs GC holder and after months of stay with his wife, they decided to get divorce since there marriage was not working. After that he still stay here in US and get married again with USC woman. Now, he need to apply for removal of condition, Can he still do that? Or he can't? Do he need to go back to his country and just start again another visa process? I just can't answer his question so maybe some members have any idea. Thank you!
