On October 1st 2012 my husband applied for my visa, we received our receipt but each time we look on the site it says nothing can be found?? Why is that?? i have been with my husband 14 years and married 41/2 years.

Sometimes the site doesn't update. Have you called USCIS?

Some of the cases just do not show up online or take forever to do so. Showing up online isn't an indication of anything to be honest. As long as you received your NOA1 that is all that matters until you get your NOA2. The USC can call if they're worried, just make sure to speak to a tier 2 human (ISO) which may mean a long wait on the phone. But they may not have any information for you.

One more thing... timeline.gif it's really helpful to you when you ask for help, and to everyone so that the statistics and VJ estimates become as accurate as possible. Thanks!
