No, you started posting these little hero anecdotes ever since the sick son of a law abiding gun nut mowed down 20 innocent little children and 6 of their educators with a legally acquired and owned military style firearm that has one sole purpose - to kill as many people in as little a time span as possible. That happened over a month ago. So the counts provided apply to the period of a little over a month. And in that short period, about 1,000 people have been murdered with firearms and twice that number have snuffed themselves out with one. The suicide thing remains relevant in this discussion because the presence of a gun in a home increases by 300% the risk of a resident of the home committing suicide. Guns cause death. It's what they are designed to do. You can deny that all you want. It just shows that you detached yourself from reality.
