Hello all,

I plan on filing our K1 petition soon but know I will be moving locally 6 months from now but not sure of my new house location yet. Can I change my home address after I fille for the K1? Any issues with this?

Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply. It looks like no issue and can be done online.

Have a great night.

If you move after NOA2, you will need to also notify NVC prior to your application being sent to Embassy.

I changed mine online with USCIS and replied same day asking me to contact NVC as well. I emailed NVC, overnighted a letter and called them.

I had the most success using the phone, they were able to change it in their system right then. I never heard back on the letter I sent. They replied to my email conveniently two weeks later and day after paperwork was sent to Embassy. Claimed my file had already left and I would have to update Embassy. Hopefully they entered it correctly over the phone.
