The status of this service request is:

The Orlando Field Office has received your request to expedite your case with us. Your case is currently located at the Orlando Field Office however; your case does not qualify to be expedited. Therefore, we are unable to approve your request.

It was denied but at least I feel good for trying and I have to imagine I now know exactly where my case is located. I'm supposed to be hearing by the 26th from the field office about an appointment they want to schedule but I got an infopass appointment scheduled for the 29th anyway. What should I bring? Any ideas what questions I should ask? I want it be prepared and write things down so I dont forget anything.

September 20,2012- First NOA
September 25,2012- I-130 transferred to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case.

ya, at least you got an answer. I'm still waiting on an answer, any answer, on mine.

re: infopass appointment.

1. yer ID

2. your NOA-1 document

3. COMPLETE expedite request.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Did they ask you for evidence before the denial?

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

Nope nothing I just got an email saying denied without telling me why. And D I dont have a hard copy of the request it was submitted over the phone. Should I also bring proof of bonafides? And ask them to interview me right then?

I'm sorry to hear that you got denied but good for you that you got answer quick. We asked also for an expedite request due to medical condition of my husband who has cancer but until now we have no idea if it is granted or not. The ISO said that it was forwarded to the state department.

Praying we will all be approved soon. God bless
