Third Try Interview And Possible 2nd Medical And Fees Expire During Admin Process

Thank everyone for their support and hope, I equally support and hope for everyone going through this.

My Wife is Ethiopian, working in United Arab Emirates. Her case is at the Abu Dhabi UAE embassy.

Her first scheduled interview in Abu Dhabi was January 10, 2012, but they denied her because of wrong size passport photos.

So I get email from embassy saying second interview was January 15, but she not went because her clock was wrong and when she called them they said she missed it.

Now, we are trying a third time. I sent another email to embassy and was told I need to schedule with usvisa-info .com . So after weekend I will try calling american number.

She finished her medical examination in December, but wants to visit Ethiopia during February, so the earliest for her interview is possibly March.

1... Her medical was completed in December.Can she visit Ethiopian family in February, return to UAE in March, without needing to have second medical examination before interview?

2...Our IV and AOS fees expire in May, so if her visa need administrative processing, will we need to pay fees again?

3...First interview denied because of photo size, second she missed. So will there be problems trying for third time?

WOW this is my advice, tell her try and get a interview date ASAP because first you guys have wrong passport size and second interview she missed it because she woke up late and now its the third time and beleive me they will ask question and they will probably think negative that are you guys really serious about each other having to schedule 3 interview is a bad thing so try and get this resovled ASAP
