Over the winter break I was able to travel and see my fiance. When there I hand delivered a copy my entire K1 petition to him. I knew also he'd need my I-134 form after the NOA2 was received. Trying to make sure all was hand delivered, rather than mailed, I took the completede I-134 then signed it on my last day there. The I-134 form is dated January 6, 2013. Seeing as we haven't received information yet (and hope it will be soon) that my petition is approved, I wonder now if I'll have to fill out another I-134 form, sign it, and mail it to my fiance. Is there a time requirement placed on forms, so if we don't receive the NOA2 for another month, I will have to fill out another one with a new date?

I know I'll have to send updated information on my financial accounts, but I am wondering specifically about the I-134 which requires an original signature.

That's exactly what I did. Granted I visited him the same week we received the NOA 2. You'll still need the support evidence: bank statements and tax returns.

I was hoping we'd have gotten it the same week as well. January 7 was 5 months, but they are going a little longer right now. :-(

Did you give him your tax returns and bank statements? It is literally the first thing they look at in the interview. I went with him and the lady ripped the package open and went straight to that form, took out a calculator and started running numbers. Just letting you know.

I did give him all my financials-two savings accounts, checking account, tax returns, and other financials. I will send updates when we get our NOA2, so they are current. I just wondered if there was an expiration on the top form. It's the only thing that needs my original signature.
