made a mistake in certificate

When my guy went to register for wedding he put down the wrong occupation for me. Will that b an issue?

I'm not sure, but it will matter at the interview if asked and he doesn't know what your occupation is.

I think he should change it. I was asked what I do for a living same as wht my husband does for a living too. It's best to keep everything incheck as every tiny detaill is scrutinized.GOODLUCK

If you have not married yet, when they are filling out the certificate (they do it by hand ) you can have them correct it then. My hubby did that for my dad...put him down as deceased, but he is not. When I went to sign it after the ceremony I saw the error and I had them change it then and there. They had to re-do the whole thing over again.

I agree that it shd be changed. My hubby wrote down my father's middle name as charles instead of Christian. I caught it when i traveled down for the marriage and while waiting for the counselor to see us and signing my portion. He(hubby) just took the form frm me, crossed out the charles and put the correct name.
